Step 2: Measurement & BTU Sizing
Cooling performance depends on proper sizing. Our team measures each space and selects a unit with the appropriate BTU rating based on room size, ceiling height, sun exposure, and layout. This avoids common issues such as undersized units that struggle to cool or oversized units that create unnecessary noise.

Step 3: Professional Installation
Installations are completed by trained technicians experienced in precision window work. Each clear polycarbonate insert is custom-cut to the existing window opening, sealed for airtight performance, and fully reversible. No drilling. No fasteners. No permanent alterations.
